The EmailXT Address Book

In the early days of email, address books were just that: lists of names and email addresses. Later, things evolved to associate rich and detailed information about each contact. However, with this new development people got a new burden: A large amount of contact data to input, classify, sort and update. This is why most people have their address books filled... with just the contact name and email address!

How to maintain large amounts of contact data with a small effort? How to make sure your most important customer phone number or street address is up to date? How to notify your contacts of your own changes?

EmailXT addresses all these and a lot more issues with is own Address Book.

The EmailXT Address Book is not your ordinary address book. It is now an active, dynamic element of the EmailXT eco-system:

You don't need to check if your contacts are up to date. Your contacts will do it for you automatically. Then the Address Book updates itself.

For instance, you don't need to lose time notifying your contacts when you get a new cell phone number. Just update your local information and EmailXT will update their address books for you.

The Address Book manages your encryption keys and certificates. You don't need to even bother about them.

The Address Book will also manage rich contact data like photos and personal/business cards.
